JACK21 HOLDING Releases Green Computing Roadmap, Focusing on Energy Efficiency Optimization and Power Structure Improvement
2026-08-18

The company sets phased sustainability goals across four key areas—high-efficiency hardware, green data centers, intelligent scheduling, and energy structure—to integrate computing power operations with low-carbon practices.
JACK21 HOLDING SDN. BHD. unveiled a green computing roadmap in Kuala Lumpur, designating energy efficiency management as a core operational metric for its compute leasing business.
The strategy focuses on four key areas: deploying high-performance, energy-efficient GPUs and servers while regularly retiring inefficient assets; optimizing data center airflow and cooling with liquid and natural cooling technologies; improving utilization through load scheduling, resource pooling, and off-peak reuse; and gradually increasing renewable energy adoption via green power procurement and carbon offset programs.
The company has established phased targets, including improvements in Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), the share of renewable energy usage, and reductions in carbon emissions per unit of computing power. These metrics are managed according to planning standards and will be implemented incrementally as resource construction progresses.
In IT equipment leasing, the company views the leasing model itself as a circular economy practice: extending device lifecycles, reducing e-waste, and ensuring compliant recycling and data sanitization at lease end.
